"The Years Became Monuments" is a VOCALOID Chinese original song by Days, submitted to bilibili by Zhe V on August 23, 2015, sung by Yuezheng Ling, included in the album “Travel Days”.
This is a doujin character song of Ye Wenjie from the science fiction ‘’The Three-Body Problem’’. Excellent lyrics and tunes with exquisite PV, quiet and gentle tunes contain a sense of vicissitudes and tragedy.
Coincidentally, shortly after the release of the song, the first novel of the ‘’Remembrance of Earth's Past’’ series, ‘’The Three-Body Problem’’, won the 73rd Hugo Award for Best Novel.
There is also a vocal version by Bu Cai, a cover by Wing Yi and a male version with backing vocals. The version sung by Bu Cai was used as the ending song for Mine Threebody Animation Season 1, Episode 11.
