Vinyl Scratch is a character in the animated series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and its derivative works. Very active in the pony fandom.
Introduction
Vinyl is a female unicorn with an off-white body, blue mane, and rose-red eyes. Her cutie mark is a black reverse eighth note. She is characterized by rose-red glasses and often wears headphones on her ears. She is a female unicorn, a record engineer by profession, who first appeared at Rarity's fashion show (S01 E14). She doesn't appear much, but she is as popular as Princess Luna.
At first, fans mainly called her DJ-3 or Vinyl Scratch . Later, the official name was DJ Pon-3, which is still used today. DJ Pon-3 is actually just a stage name, and her real name is Vinyl Scratch.
