Heatblast is a sample of Pyronite DNA in the Omnitrix.
Appearance
Heatblast is about the height of an adult, with red skin with cracks on it, "hair" made of yellow flames, and yellow flames shining at the cracks and at the end of the body. Heatblast's hands have four fingers, and his feet are divided into two toes. After Ben catches a cold, its flames will turn blue. He doesn't appear to be wearing any clothes. The Omnitrix logo is on the chest.
Kevin's Heatblast looks similar to the original Heatblast, except that his skin is paler and lacks the Omnitrix logo.
The Heatblast that Gwen transformed into is thinner, with body curves similar to those of women, and her face and arms are slimmer and longer.
Abilities
Heatblast can control flames and release unlimited flame energy to ignite objects, create explosions, attack multiple targets, or fly into the sky like a rocket. The high temperature it generates can burn the armor of a tank. Fire, lava, ice and snow attacks are ineffective against it because it is covered in fire and charcoal.
He will be fine even if he falls into the water, and can even breathe underwater.
Trivia
- Heatblast is the first alien hero to appear in any Ben 10 cartoon, even the reboot. Although he does not appear in physical form in Alien Force, he can be seen briefly as a hologram in the Omnitrix.
- Coincidentally, Swampfire, the first alien hero who appeared in Alien Force, also has fire powers.
- Due to his voice actor changing, each version of Heatblast sounds different.
- Heatblast is the favorite alien of Tara Strong, voice actress of 10-year-old Ben.
